This service is based on a fair-usage principle, which means we 
expect you to keep your scripts as well as traffic caused by you
under control. We want every user to experience nice performance. 
if you act unfairly, we will limit your account. Where are some 
legal restrictions as well: The server is located in Germany, that
means you must respect the German law. 
(e.g. No warez! No porn! No exploits!)

If you need other settings than those we provide (maybe you don't
want mod secure enabled), just contact us and we can talk about it.

We are a group of people having fun in programming and other thing
s one can do with computers. Founded in 1999 PHCN grew up and many
members joined and left us in those years. PHCN is not public! We 
won't tell you names of our members or what projects they work on.
But we provide a Jabber-server and this webspace project for public 
and free usage. If you are interested in becoming a PHCN member, 
feel free to visit us at phcn.ws   
     

Although this project does cost some money, until now the financial 
aspect is not too big a deal. It is mostly time that gets eaten up.
But if you want to support us with your small change, of course we
would be cheerful!
